Use AltaPoint to manage all of your appointments and tasks. Set pop-up alarms for important reminders. Manage all doctors' schedules in one screen with multi-location options. Set up recurring appointments for important dates including birthdays, anniversaries and patient follow-up care. Specify the visit type and reason for new appointments and use appointment templates to protect time blocks or to reserve blocks for specific visit types. Drag and drop existing appointments to a different time, physician, or even day.

AltaPoint comes with a complete set of accounting and management reports. In addition to flexible reports that come built into the system, you can design an unlimited number of your own reports and forms. All reports support your favorite Windows fonts and can be previewed on the screen before printing. Filter information in reports using almost any piece of data recorded in the system. Position, size and stretch boxes by using the Shift and Arrow keys. Effortlessly move objects forward, backward, to the front, and to the back of the report layout. Jump to specific lines or search for fields and labels within the report detail.

Practice Spotlight

Know exactly where you stand. Instantly view vital practice statistics and accounting summaries from a single click. Select the desired statistics you want including: the number of patients seen that day, billable work performed, incoming revenue from co-pays and payments, and more!

Internet and E-mail Functionality

Email or E-Fax any report, form, or document. AltaPoint is leading the way with practice management by offering secure statements, reminders, notices and other communication via e-mail. Statements are sent via password protected PDF attachment to your patient's e-mail account. Reports of any kind may also be sent via e-mail.
