Telephone support is provided on a call-back basis. Call back response times are based on standard business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM Mountain Standard Time - excluding holidays. All support programs are prepaid and are non-refundable. Basic toll-free support purchased by the hour must be purchased in one-hour increments and used within six months of purchase. Unused minutes from AltaPoint Standard and Premium support packages may be used for up to one year from the date of purchase.
