Current Visit - Vital Signs

Record the patient's vital signs including height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respirations. Inches and pounds are automatically converted to their metric equivalents and vise versa. Farenheit is automatically converted to Celsius. Height and weight percentiles are calculated for you by the system. Pulse oximetry data and treatments may also be recorded as part of the patient vitals.
