The Physical Exam
Recording the details of a physical exam has never been made faster or more complete. Customized word lists can be created and modified by you for each system: Appearance, Skin, etc. Recording the findings for each system is simply a matter of clicking the appropriate words from your customized list. Clicking a word will either insert the selected word or even a preset paragraph of text. You can alternately type directly from the keyboard. Dragon Naturally Speaking can also be used to narrate dication.
