Patient Check In

The patient check-in process is fast and easy to AltaPoint's EMR. Simply select the "Check In/Out" tab directly from the patient file. The system will automatically log the date and time of the visit. You can specify the provider, room, chief complaint and if desired, the person accompanying the patient on the visit.
